Account Executive (Remote)

Role Overview 
We are looking for an Account executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a sales strategy and building out a team of BDRs across mid-market and SMB sales. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process to ensure delivery against metrics 
  • Reach out to brands via personalized outreach through emails, calls, other mediums 
  • Work with your dedicated BDR to generate and qualify leads through the outbound process
  • Work alongside dedicated outbound sales representatives to schedule and prepare for new business meetings 
  • Create narratives for sales campaigns based on market research, sales engagement metrics
  • Engage in new client relationships by developing target customers at the C-suite, VP, and Director level at SMB and Mid-market ecommerce companies 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene 
  • Understand data to create sales forecasts accurately, knowing what to work on and where to leverage support to close business. 
  • Requirements: 

Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidates who have a 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in Martech/Ecommerce field
  • Strategic individuals with previous Start-up experience (essential)
  • Working experience using salesforce.com or other CRM and tools like outreach.io 
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

Job type: Full time, Monday- Friday, 9 am - 7 pm (EST or PST preferred)

Location of work: Remote, Work from home
