Role Overview:
As a Senior Visual Designer at Maker, you will lead the visual design aspects of our projects, driving the creative vision from start to finish. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling and cohesive design deliverables using tools such as Figma, sketch, photoshop and more. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring their growth and the quality of their work. Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle, you will contribute to decision-making, reusability, issue mitigation, and the implementation of specifications. Your strong interpersonal skills will be instrumental in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client management. Staying up-to-date with design trends and incorporating them into your work will be vital. Additionally, you will design captivating web pages for our clients, aligning with their specific requirements.
Must-Have- Proven ability to present and communicate compelling stories about your design process, decisions, and new ideas to project teams and client stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset
- A detail-oriented and strategic approach to project work, coupled with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
