Role Overview
- Create a strategy to increase sales on the client’s website & handle the execution.
- Define client’s requirements & plan timelines with the internal teams.
- Create wireframes, research on the client’s industry & provide support to design and production teams to create pages that look and convert better.
- Coordinate with the client and Maker’s internal design, and analytics teams to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
- Being the end responsible for the QA before the release. Making sure the project is without any bugs before the release.
- Set up A/B tests and create performance reports. Keep the client informed of their performance.
- Allocate deliverables and action items to the client and the internal teams on tools like Slack, Airtable.
- The project manager should possess a good knowledge of e-commerce, data analytics & A/B testing tools.
- Strong project management skills gained in an agile, digital environment and good interpersonal and communications skills are crucial.
Must Have
- Significant project management experience in a web/e-commerce context, using primarily agile methods, and working on projects of various sizes and complexity.
- Experience in delivering web content management systems and large, complex websites.
- Experience in directing and motivating team not under direct line management responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to self-manage time and work schedule.
- Strong desire to learn, comfortable in a fast-moving environment and a multi-cultural team.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/marketing/relevant field and 5-7 years or more experience in managing delivery of large-scale web projects.
