Role Overview
In this role, you will work as a customer success team member providing training to our clients on using our own design editor. Apart from this, you will be also expected to train the design teams of our clients on using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch App, and Figma design tools. Your contribution will play a key role in pushing our clients to be their very best in all aspects of their digital assets creation.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Developing a series of training modules for training clients on Maker’s design editor and other design tools mentioned above
- Providing support to clients on the design tools
- Day-to-day client communication to make sure effective delivery of the goals.
Must-Have
- Experience training students on using Adobe Photoshop/Indesign/Sketch/Figma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to self-manage time and work schedule.
- Strong desire to learn, comfortable in a fast-moving environment and a multi-cultural team.
- 2+ years or more experience in teaching design tools.
- Associate/Bachelors/Masters degree in the relevant field.
