Manage and mentor the team of designers working in the templates team by providing feedback and oversight on production work and deliverables
Review and approve the design templates produced by the team (product cards, landing page, product display pages, look-books, layout grids, sections, etc.) for our creative platform
Develop the overall look or style of templates
Collaborate with other teams throughout each phase of the project cycle to drive decisions, reusability, mitigate issues, and ensure that specifications are implemented
Research & familiarize yourself with the current design trends in the market and executive the designs accordingly.
