Overview
As a Business Analyst at Maker, you will help the Maker identify the MQLs and source the best talent for its global team. Maker is building a global remote team so there will be a lot of learning on the go and iteration on our process and strategy, you’ll need to adapt to the new challenges.
Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Sourcing and prospecting relevant talent for the technical & non-technical roles
- Reaching out to the profiles through tools like LinkedIn recruiter, Gem, etc
- Using Applicant Tracking Systems and set up interviews with hiring managers
Sales Operations:
- Researching new leads as per the Ideal Customer Profile for Maker
- Shortlisting and scoring the leads based upon parameters like technology, revenue, web engagement, etc.
- Working with data mining tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, etc
- Sourcing the relevant contacts in personas like C-suite, marketing, design, etc
- Creating advanced reports and analysis for sales operations using Salesforce, Google data studio
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree. 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience running a high-volume of prospecting phone calls and emails on a daily basis
- Preferred- Inclination towards market research for sales, hiring for a SaaS Company
- Attention to detail, competitive spirit, high energy, self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills
Job Type: Full-time, Monday- Friday 9 am - 7 pm IST (1 hour lunch break)
Location: India (Remote, work from home)
